PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor installed member and an installing method in which in a building such as a house moisture is difficult to stay in the house, and the inside of the house is warm without the use of any heating apparatus for energy saving. SOLUTION: A lower portion of the underfloor installed member 1 is buried in a hole 10 provided in the underfloor ground. In the member ceramics resin fibers having at least silicon, magnesium, and aluminum as components and containing ceramics manufactured through a sintering process are formed into a rod shape. An upper portion of the underfloor installed member 1 is protruded from the ground and is installed in close vicinity of an underfloor.
