PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of chromatography measurement with a biosensor having higher accuracy and higher reliability, by removing the effect of factors from external environments, factors from the natures of a tested solution, misoperation in measurement operation, and the like. SOLUTION: In a label reagent measurement area 6, the substantial amount of label reagent participating in measurement is measured. The substantial amount of label reagent is reflected in a result obtained in a reaction result measurement area 7 for measuring a reaction with an object of measurement in the tested solution, thereby enhancing the preciseness of measurement operation. Further, the result of measurement by the reaction with the object of measurement is corrected by the amount of reagent substantially participating,in the reaction, thereby increasing the accuracy of the measurement result.
