摘要 A rotating assembly has magnetic bearing(s) whose three base electromagnets are fed from a control circuit driven by the output voltage (Ve) of a corresponding radial position sensor (5). Inductive sensors (51,52,53) are angularly shifted between angular positions occupied by the base electromagnets. The inductive sensors fit between the base electromagnets of the same magnetic bearing . The assembly includes two magnetic bearings longitudinally separated from each other. Rotating assembly, including a rotor , mounted in a stator, around an rotational axis and including a rotor radial position sensor (5). The stator has three sensors spaced at 120 degrees around the stator and at an equal distance from the axis. The sensor circuit arrangement is as follows: (a) the sensors (51,52,53) are of the inductive type placed with respect to a section (100) of the magnetic material rotor; a balanced three phase and neutral sinusoidal voltage supply (55) feeds the sensors connected in star; a unit detects the output voltage (Ve) between the neutral point (56) of the balanced three phase supply and the common point (54) of the sensors, from which the radial position of the rotor with respect to the stator is deduced.
