PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can improve the efficiency of service for damage insurance and life insurance and greatly improve customer services. SOLUTION: This insurance service processing system has a total data storage means which stores total data including e-mail addresses of customers, an electronic specific document generating means which generates electronic data of a specific document regarding a contract from an insurance company to a customer according to the storage contents of the storage means, and a specific document sending means which e-mails at least part of the electronic data of the specific document to a customer terminal that the customer has.
