PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker which, enables a user to attach and detach the marker even while keeping wearing thick gloves, is highly durable as a mark sheet is damageless, and is easily and freely attachable and detachable to and from not only the body, such as arms and legs, but poles, road safety fences, etc., as well insofar as these are columnar. SOLUTION: One side face of a sheet body 1 formed by affixing a one-side sheet part 2 of a rectangular shape and the other side sheet part 3 consisting of soft materials of polyvinyl chloride thereto is a marking surface 1A as an armband, and the other side face is a wrapping surface 1B to the arm. A windingly fitted spring plate 7 which acts spring force in a winding direction when this plate is deformed from a curved form to a flat form is freely insertably and removably inserted into a spring housing part 4 formed at the sheet body 1. The marking surface 1A of the sheet body 1 is provided with a marking part 6 consisting of characters 'guide'. |
