<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper of a grand piano which is simple in constitution and may be reduced in a manufacturing cost by the reduction of the number of parts, the man-hours for assembly and the man-hours for regulation. SOLUTION: The damper of the grand piano to impart a damper pedal effect by parting from a string S cooperatively with the operation of the damper pedal has a damper lever rail 2a, plural damper levers 3 which are mounted at their rear ends freely turnably at the damper rail 2a, a damper head 4 which is connected to the upper side of the respective damper levers 3 and parts from the string S as the damper levers 3 move upward and a lifting rail 2b which is arranged below the plural damper levers 3 and is jerked up by accompanying the operation of the damper pedal to simultaneously upwardly turn the plural damper levers 3. Both rails 3a and 3b are composed of molded goods which are molded integrally with each other. These rails are freely turnably disposed.</p> |
