<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address book service system capable of ordering the printing of not only information or contents at a sender side but also the sending destinations related with a printed matter such as a New, Year's card or a seasonal card in summer or a direct mail, and ordering the printing in a batch without respectively inputting the plural sending designations at the time of sending gifts. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an address book providing server equipped with a data base. This address recording providing server records the other party data transmitted from a user terminal through a communication network in a data base, and extracts the corresponding other party destination data from the data base in response to address book request information from the user terminal for preparing address book information, and allows the user terminal to display the address book information. When sending request information prepared based on the address book information is transmitted from the user terminal, the address book providing server extracts the sending destination data corresponding to the other party data included in the sending request information form the data base for preparing the sending destination information, and transmits the sending destination information through the communication network to the enterprise server of a cooperative company being the other party from which the user orders merchandise.</p> |
