SOLUTION: The light reflector 1 is installed on the outer edge part of the outside corridor 2 of a building, or the veranda or window of the building to form a reflection surface reflecting a sunlight to the surface of the light reflector 1 on the outside of the building. When the light reflector-built-in handrail is installed, for example, on the four peripheral surfaces of the open ceiling of a high-rise building, or on the opposed surfaces of opposed high-rise buildings, the sunlight can be led into a bottom part between the buildings to realize a comfortable and healthy dwelling space.
