SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin and a distributed liquid A containing solid lubricant are coated on the surface of the half bearing 1 by a pad printing method, and heat-cured so as to form the lubricating film layer 4. Because the distributed liquid A is pressed against the surface of the half bearing 1 by a pad 7, the density thereof is increased, the adhesive force thereof is increased, and the wear resistance and cavitation resistance thereof are also increased.
