摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage supplying circuit, which performs a quick response and suppresses power consumption. SOLUTION: When an input 22 is turned on, a PNP transistor Q9 is turned on by a driving current supplied from a driving current supplying part 20 and a constant current supplied from a constant current supplying part 50 to a PNP transistor Q8. Therefore, the gate voltage of an n-channel transistor Q11 for driving is speedily increased. As a result, the n-channel transistor Q11 for driving is speedily turned on and a load 70 is electrified. Besides, when a gate voltage value exceeds a reference voltage Vref, the supply of a driving current is cut by a current cutting part 60 and the gate voltage value is held by a constant current supplied to the PNP transistor Q8. By setting the constant current to be supplied to the PNP transistor Q8 smaller than the driving current, power consumption can be reduced.
