PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment mounting device that is suitable for forming a small-diameter tunnel such as a power pipeline. SOLUTION: This segment mounting device consists of a ring-shaped fitting means 2 for fitting to a belt conveyor B or the like for discharging the earth and sand of facilities at the rear of a shield machine A, a ring-shaped support means 3 that is provided at the fitting means 2 so that it can be rotated and stopped, and a retention means 4 for retaining a segment C for assembling a tunnel being provided at the support means 3.
