PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a shutter for building so that an obstacle detecting device fitted to the shutter does not interfere with opening of a shutter curtain. SOLUTION: A transmission part casing 12 accommodating an antenna 14 is held in a fitting space S1 formed in the upper seat plate 9 of the shutter curtain 1 and directed to the outdoors and indoors, and first and second projecting parts 14d and 14e biased in location to the opening side of the fitting space 81 are formed in the antenna 14 inside the casing 12.
