PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary implement for connecting PC steel strand wires, capable of automatically aligning by only placing it on a connecting auxiliary implement and fastening with a screw and capable of quickly and easily performing the connecting work and capable of previously preventing the breakdown of a screw part during the work. SOLUTION: This auxiliary implement for connecting PC steel strand wires is formed of a pair of gutter-like holding members, which is formed with a surface for holding a male screw part of a plug and a socket with a semicylindrical surface having the same diameter with the outer diameter of the male screw part of the plug and a recessed curved surface having the same diameter with the outer diameter of the socket and a wall surface formed in the boundary between both the curved surfaces at a right angle against the axial direction, and a fastening member for fastening the pair of holding members having the recessed surfaces facing each other.
