PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of connecting signal wires and power lines between a transmitting unit and receiving unit thereby improving the poor workability for a water discharge device equipped with a signal transmitting means operated by an electric generator utilizing the flow of water and by supplying electric power. SOLUTION: This equipment is constituted with an outlet for discharging water, a power generator utilizing the stream of water, a transmitting unit section equipped with a signal transmitting means and a detecting means detecting the use, a receiving means for receiving signals from a transmitting means installed at the upstream side of transmitting unit section, and a receiving unit section equipped with a discharge adjusting means for controlling the water flow based on the signal from the receiving means, and the generator at the transmitting unit section is connected to the discharge adjusting means of the signal receiving section with a water passage, and the transmitting and receiving of the signals between the transmitter and the receiver is performed characteristically by the wireless means.
