PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geothermal power generation plant operable without a large quantity of surrounding cooling water. SOLUTION: This geothermal power generation plant operated by a geothermal fluid is provided with a supply source 12A of low pressure geothermal steam, a low pressure steam turbine 16 to which geothermal steam is imparted and a turbo generator 14 including a generator 18 connected to the steam turbine. The low pressure geothermal steam is imparted to the turbine, and expands here to drive the generator as well as to generate expansive steam to be exhausted from the turbine. A condenser 22 for condensing the expansive steam is provided with a steam heat exchanger 26 for receiving the expansive steam and a fan 28 for cooling the expansive steam so as to generate a steam condensate.
