PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a rotational balance of an impeller body by miniaturizing a direct drive sealless pump, maintain quality, and improve durability even in a hot and humid working environment. SOLUTION: An end surface part of the impeller body 7 for internally installing magnet material 6 is set to the length of an almost and surface part of the internally installed magnet material 6 to be miniaturized. A balance weight 19 is installed in the end surface part of the impeller body 7. Particularly, the inside end surface part of the magnet material 6 is put in a cutout state. The balance weight 19 is axially symmetrically installed in a cutout part of the magnet material 6 of the impeller body 7. A potting material 26 is filled between a partition wall 5 and a casing 4. A magnetic force guiding driving part 23 and a printed circuit board 25 part are formed in a sealed state by the potting material 26.
