PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can increase the advertising function of a homepage by increasing the access frequency. SOLUTION: A homepage owner P1 requests a system administrator P2 to generate a winning number confirmation slip 1 in which the domain name 3 of the homepage that the owner P1 opens and displays a winning number in the opened homepage, and the system administrator P2 generates the winning number confirmation slip 1 and a lottery number slip 2 into which the winning number is entered at the request from the homepage owner P1 and distributes them to a general user P3; and the general user P3 confirms whether or not the lottery number of the received lottery number slip 2 is the winning number in the homepage of the domain name 3 entered into the winning number confirmation slip 1 by being connected to a communication line by using a communication line terminal, so that the frequency of access to the homepage that the homepage owner P2 opens increases. |
