PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which supports a user to efficiently carry out business in his (her) charge. SOLUTION: The user supporting method which supports the operation of a user who performs an operation procedure has a step wherein a knowledge rule showing information needed for user's assigned operation is managed, a step wherein information needed for the assigned operation is selected according to the knowledge rule, and a step wherein the selected information is presented to the user.
