摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a photoelectric converting efficiency of a photoelectric converter by an interaction of a transparent substrate with a transparent conductive film, a reflection suppressing film using micro particles and a photoelectric converting unit. SOLUTION: Micro particles having a means particle diameter of more than 0.01μm and less than 1.0μm are contained on a glass plate 2, and a reflection suppressing film 1 on which surface inegularity is formed by exposing the micro particles is formed. A transparent conductive film 4 is formed on a surface at the opposite side of the glass plate 2, and beam transmissivity at a wavelength region of 800 nm to 900 nm is made more than 75% in the state of the glass plate with the transparent conductive film. A photoelectric converting unit is a photoelectric conversion unit which includes at least a photoelectric converting layer whose band gap is less than 1.85 eV, for example a crystalline silicon photoelectric converting unit 6 having a film thickness of less than 10μm.</p>
