PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distributing system for allowing a client terminal to safely and surely receive the distribution of data by reducing the number of ports and sockets. SOLUTION: When it is judged that a client terminal 20 has a right to use this system, an authentication key is transferred from an authentication server 21. Then, the client terminal requests the establishment of an update notifying route with the authentication key to an update notification relay server 22, and when it is approved, an update notification route is established between the client terminal and the update notification relay server.
