摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional monitor in a monitoring system that has caused baking on a screen of a cathode ray tube because the luminance of characters in white is high, resulting in causing baking on the cathode ray tube and leaving the displayed characters on the screen as they are when the characters in white are displayed at all times at decided positions on the screen, and to reduce the baking for the longer service life of the cathode ray tube. SOLUTION: The characters are not always displayed at prescribed positions but the displayed positions are automatically and periodically changed so as to reduce baking on the screen of the cathode ray tube.
