PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an atmospheric attenuation characteristic. SOLUTION: A bandpass filter 17 extracts only a received signal of an intermediate frequency, inputted from an intermediate frequency amplifier 16 and outputs the received signal to an atmospheric attenuation characteristic correction and equalization circuit 21. The circuit 21 corrects a high pass component with an included low-pass active filter and a low pass component with a high- pass active filter. Thus, the signal is made to have a flat characteristic in the respective receiving bands.
