PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration while stabilizing the field strength of the transmitting signal of a data signal. SOLUTION: A voltage obtained by dividing voltage applied to an LED 11 for transmission confirmation almost not to be affected by the voltage value of a battery 3 by resistors 201 and 202, is applied as an output control voltage to the base of a transistor 203 in an oscillation circuit 2. Thus, the field strength of the transmitting signal can be stabilized while miniaturizing the configuration without using a constant voltage circuit for constant voltage element required heretofore.
