PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the radio wave controller with respect to a small and inexpensive portable telephone terminal with power saving in order to obtain comfortable space within a limited range. SOLUTION: A reference oscillator 9, a modulator 10 and a signal distributor 11 are connected in series, an output end of a noise generator 12 is connected to a signal input terminal of the modulator 10, a first input terminal of a mixer 13 is connected to the output end of the signal distributor 11, and furthermore, a band pass filter 14, an amplifier 15, an antenna switcher 16 and a transmission and reception antenna 17 are connected in series. The output end of a local oscillator 18 is connected to a second input terminal of the mixer 13. Meanwhile, another output end of the antenna switcher 16, a band pass filter 19, a receiver 20 and a carrier wave detector 21 are connected in series, and transmission and reception changeover of the transmission and reception antenna 17, and power source on-off of a power source supply circuit 23 to supply power source to a transmitting part 22 are controlled by the output of a carrier wave detector 21.
