PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a three-dimensional(3D) model having a smooth head part. SOLUTION: The face model reconstructing part 4 of the image processor 3 constructs a face model on the basis of the 3D form data of the face from a 3D form measuring instrument 1. A head skin model reconstructing part 5 constructs a head skin model on the basis of the 3D form data of the head skin read out of a head skin database 2. A head skin model deforming part 6 changes the size of the head skin model. An edge coupling part 7 aligns the face model and the head skin model, fills a gap generated around an edge and generates a head model.
