PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean trash in a snow-melting room and prevent the intrusion of sand into a hot water pipe. SOLUTION: The upper surface of a furnace body is formed in the shape of a flat, a metal plate is placed on the furnace body to partition it into a lower space from the plate is formed. A wall section is partitioned into the snow-melting room and a pump room, and an opening of the wall section is provided to a position right above the plate, and a wastebasket is placed on the pump room side of the opening. A shower nozzle puts its nozzle opening in either right or left direction to the hot water pipe so that water inside of the snow-melting room can be made to flow clockwise or counterclockwise.
