<p>1. A process for treating household wastes, comprising the steps of: mixing the household wastes with quicklime (CaO) and with at least one carbon-containing substance; providing the obtained mixture into a closed chamber (9); maintaining the mixture in the chamber (9) until its decomposition; drawing out the decomposed products from the chamber (9). 2. The process according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixture is moved in the chamber (9) from the inlet D to the outlet E with a speed sufficient to provide decomposition of the mixture in the process of its movement. 3. The process according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixture is distributed at the inlet of said chamber (9). 4. The process according to one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the mixture is charged into the chamber (9) corresponding to the discharge of the treated products. 5. The process according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that said carbon-containing substance is selected from the group comprising cellulose compounds, materials prone to rotting, liquid manure, excrements, peats, fats and purification plants sludge. 6. A device for treating household wastes according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that comprises a chamber (9) for placing therein a mixture of household wastes with quicklime (CaO) and with at least one carbon-containing substance. 7. The device according to claim 6, characterized in that the chamber comprises the inlet D, the outlet E and means (1) for moving said mixture from the inlet D to the outlet E. 8. The device according to claim 7, characterized in that the inlet D is positioned in the upper part of the chamber (9), while the outlet E is positioned in the bottom part of the chamber (9). 9. The device according to claim 8, characterized in that a hopper (2) is arranged above the inlet D for charging said mixture. 10. The process according to any one of claims 7-9, characterized in that said moving means comprise a moving bed (1). 11. The process according to any one of claims 7-10, characterized in that comprises means (3) for mixture distribution over said moving means (1) after charging through the inlet D. 12. The device according to claim 11, characterized in that said mixture distribution means comprise a plurality of drive distributing screws (3) arranged inside the chamber (9) near the inlet D. 13. The device according to claim 8 and 12, characterized in that comprises three drive distributing screws (3) disposed in series before the inlet D. 14. The device according to any one of claims 7-13, characterized in that comprises means (4) for drawing out the decomposed products from the chamber (9) through the outlet E. 15. The device according to claim 7, characterized in that said drawing out means comprise a plurality of drive discharge screws (4) arranged inside the chamber (9) near the outlet E. 16. The device according to claim 15, characterized in that said drawing out means comprise three drive discharge screws (4) arranged inside the chamber (9) near the outlet E. 17. The device according to any one of claims 7-16, characterized in that the speed of said moving means (1) is regulated such that said mixture stayed in the chamber (9) during about 4 hours. 18. The device according to claim 17, characterized in that said speed is from 10 to 40 mm/min. 19. The device according to any one of claims 6-18, characterized in that comprises means for evacuating gases from the chamber (9) resulted in the process of said mixture treatment. 20. The device according to any one of claims 6-19, characterized in that comprises means (6) for heat extraction resulted in the process of said mixture treatment. 21. The device according to any one of claims 6-20, characterized in that comprises means (5, 10) for said mixture temperature control and, if necessary, decreasing it. 22. The device according to any one of claims 6-21, characterized in that the chamber (9) comprises channel (11) for taking samples.</p> |
