The prosthetic appliance has a support implant (11) inserted into the bone, and a bearing stay (12). The support implant has a blind recess (18) which is open facing the implant tip and has at least one inner area (20) with a conical surface. The bearing stay has a shaft (21) and a transmucous connecting-head protruding beyond the implant. The shaft has at least one outer conical part (23) connecting with the inner conical part of the recess in the support implant. A cap (14) for a false tooth is fixed to the connecting head , with semi-rigid damping-ring (13) in-between.
