<p>A pipe conveyor (10, 10A) comprises a plurality of support frames (28, 28A) which are pivotally attached to each other at connection points (29, 29B and 29C). Each of the support frames (28, 28A) carry an endless belt (16) having a forward run (15, 15A) and a return run (18). There is also provided an outer bearing member in the form of an outer spring (31) for contact with the return run (18) and an inner bearing member in the form of an inner spring (30) which is interposed between the forward run (15, 15A) and the return run (18). At least one or both of the inner spring (30) or outer spring (31) is driven by drive means (59, 63).</p> |
