<p>Provided is a positioning method of standing type of watching boards for developing dynamic image, which arranges a number of spacing continuous type of watching boards, at periphery of traffic path having safety governed speed, in accordance with the datas of safety travelling speed in traffic path, optimum range of visibility for drivers to judge, angle of view, and elevation and so on, therefor, drivers can watch developing dynamic images which consist of a number of spacing continuous watching boards under the condition of predetermined safety travelling speed only, and take the initiative in cluing drivers on present travelling speed, attracting drivers maintaining predetermined travelling speed.</p> |
