<p>The present invention relates to liquid detergent compositions which comprise at least 4.5 % of softening clay (s) and a surfactant system of anionic sulphate and/or sulfonate surfactants, preferably only sodium salts thereof, and optionally cationic surfactants, which comprises only very low levels, but is preferably free of alkoxylated anionic and/or non-ionic surfactants. The compositions provide improved fabric softening and deliver improved cleaning.</p> |
