<p>A Magnetic Resonance imaging coil for large volumes and high magnetic fields of 3 Tesla of higher. Specifically the present invention provides a high field volume resonator having a conductive cavity with segments of coaxial cable with exposed center conductors passing through, creating a voltage node at the center of the cavity. The cavity dimension (L1, D1) are sufficiently large to accomodate a human subject.</p> |
