<p>A production method of radiators capable of joining corrugated fins to a base plate at low costs and preventing the heat distortion of corrugated fins by low-temperature soldering. A first soldering is conducted by a first soldering alloy (3) molten at the lower ends of corrugated fins (1) that have been moved, with a frame (2) gripping, to a recess (5) heated by a heating plate (6) in a mobile solder tank (4) filled with the molten first soldering alloy (3). A second soldering alloy (9) is heated for melting by a heating plate (13) on a base plate (8), and the molten second soldering alloy (9) is used to conduct a second soldering. With the frame (2) gripping and the corrugated fins (1) placed on the base plate (8) pressed and heated, the first and second solders are melted to join the corrugated fins (1) onto the base plate (8) and the frame (2) is then separated from the corrugate fins (1).</p> |
