PURPOSE: Optimum temperature and time setting are available, and a steam water is formed in a cooking bowl to provide optimum water to the food. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature heat accumulating device comprises a cylindrical body(100) formed with two iron plates. An insulating material(15) is inserted between an inner plate(63) and an outer plate. An opening is formed in one side of the cylindrical body. Heat transmitting plates(21,23) are installed in a cooking bowl separately. A flexible cable(41) is provided to measure temperature of food.
