A cuff (10A) for a blood pressure manometer, comprising an air bag (12) disposed inside of an outer bag (11), and a tube (13) attached to the air bag (12) and extending to the outside of the outer bag (11). An opening (15) for replacing an air bag is made in the outer bag (11), and a rotation locking member (20) for preventing the rotation of the air bag (12) inside of the outer bag (11) is provided at or in the vicinity of a tube attaching unit (17) of the air bag (12). The tube (13) of the air bag (12) is led out via the opening (15) in the outer bag (11). The above construction permits the replacing of the air bag (12) and can prevent such inconveniences as a twisted air bag (12) within the outer bag.
