PURPOSE: A mobile financial teller machine is provided to carry the device simply and to promptly execute all jobs related to a bank in real time at a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(41) executes a key operation for a modem connection and a bank business. An IC and memory card reader(42) reads an IC and memory card. A magnetic reader unit(43) reads a bankbook and a credit card. A micro computer(45) reads key data inputted through the key input unit(41). The IC and memory card reader(42) or the magnetic reader unit(43) reads an account number, identity data, and account balance data of a corresponding client by communication with a bank computer through a modem(46). The micro computer(45) displays the other bank business menu screen and controls a bank transaction. The modem(46) is connected to an input port of the micro computer(45) and performs an interactive data transmitting/receiving job to a host computer of the bank by a control of the IC and memory card reader(42), the magnetic reader unit(43), and the micro computer(45). If a bankbook arranging or slip issuing command exists through the key input unit(41), a bankbook arranging unit(47) and a system memory(48) progress a bankbook arranging or a slip issuing operation by a control of the micro computer(45).
