Separation of antithrombin III variants by cyclodextrin-modified micellar electrokinetic chromatography

A process is disclosed for the baseline separation of the AT-III variants alpha and beta which process uses a cyclodextrin-modified micellar electrokinetic chromatography. The separation is performed in the presence of a buffer solution comprising boric acid, an anionic tensid, beta -cyclodextrin and an aliphatic diamine.
