PURPOSE: Provided is a toilet soap composition which shows substantially improved antimicrobial effect when used together with antimicrobials typically used for toilet soap and general herbal galenic components. CONSTITUTION: The toilet soap composition containing 3,4,4'-trichlorocarbanylide as an antimicrobial, is characterized by further comprising at least one of antimicrobials selected from the group consisting of 3,4',5'-tribromosilisylanilide, 4.4'-dichloro-3'-(trichloromethyl)carbanylide, and 2-hydroxy-2',4,4'-trichlorodiphenylether so that total antimicrobials are 0.3-1 wt% of total composition; and comprising, as auxiliary antimicrobials, 1-5 wt% of at least one herbal, galenic components selected from the group consisting of Morus alba L., Paeonia albiflora Pallas, Coix Lachryma-jobi L., Angelica gigas Nakai, and Prunus persica Batsch, which are powders or groats of 200 mesh or less.
