PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an drug for treating a neuropathy syndrome accompanied with a cerebrovascular disorder, consisting essentially of a compound which has superior ameliorating and therapeutic effects by blocking both of a serotonin 2 receptor and a dopamine D2 receptor. SOLUTION: This agent for treating the neuropathy syndrome contains the compound capable of blocking both of the serotonin 2 receptor and the dopamine D2 receptor.
