PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate drawbacks of a conventional epoxy resin composition containing an acid anhydride as a curing agent thereby to provide an epoxy resin composition excellent in impact resistance and toughness. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises as a curing agent for an epoxy resin a copolymer of a terpene with maleic anhydride.
