PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant rotation PTO driving layout effectively using a space in a car body. SOLUTION: A CVT input shaft 62 being a second PTO taking-out shaft is extended from the rear end lateral one side of a transmission case 78 in a space surrounded by a CVT (split pulley type continuously variable transmission) 64, a clutch case 76 and the transmission case 78. The clutch case 76 is connected to the other side, and is constitued so that driving of a second PTO shaft 68 can be transmitted. to a work machine, driving input shaft 72 arranged above a rear axle case 73.
