摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical operation system with an easy operation that makes selection possible to enable treatment output from a hand piece held by an operator. SOLUTION: A plurality of hand pieces such as a scissors type hand piece 3A provided with a sensor 18A for detecting holding (grasping) of a handle 17A by the operator can be connected to the system. An oscillating circuit 21 that generates driving signal and sensor circuits 24A-24C that detect the held hand piece by an output signal of the sensor 18A are arranged on the system main body 2. The operator can continue treatment without changing switch by inputting output signal of the oscillating circuit 21 in the actually held hand piece to change a switch 22 via a selection circuit.
