PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is taken in the form of foods to exhibit an effect for inhibiting or improving aches accompanied by arthritis and so on. SOLUTION: This composition for foods, characterized by comprising glucosamine or its edible salt, a mucopolysaccharide and a salicin-containing plant extract. The composition for the foods, preferably comprising 100 pts.wt. of glucosamine, 0.5 to 1,500 pts.wt. of the mucopolysaccharide and 0.5 to 500 pts.wt. of the salicin-containing plant extract as dry products, respectively. |
