PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading station on a filling apparatus of a vessel with a relatively simple configuration at a small cost. SOLUTION: This apparatus for filling the food and nonessential grocery items such as aqueous or paste-like dairy and fatty products, solution, and water in a bottle or other vessels comprises a loading station 10 to load a lid 38 such as a cap and a plate on each vessel mouth 37, and at least two lid suction arms 19 which is protruded in the radial direction from the common axis L of rotation and capable of applying the negative pressure thereto, these lid suction arms 19 take out at least one lid 38 alternately from a same magazine 24, and load the lid 38 on each vessel mouth 37 by a loading apparatus 30 after the turning motion. The magazine 24 is movable closer to the lid suction arm 19 in line therewith and separate from the lid suction arm 19, the lid suction arm 19 in line with the magazine 24 takes out at least one lid 38 when the magazine is closer, and the magazine 24 is connected to the loading apparatus 30 of the lid suction arm 19 in line with each vessel 37.
