PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a turning work vehicle, and prevent vibration of a radiator by the arrangement constitution of the radiator and a hydraulic mechanism hydraulic fluid reservoir tank in the turning work vehicle such as a backhoe. SOLUTION: This turning work vehicle for pivoting a work machine on a front end part of a turning stand frame 8 via a work machine pivoting body so as to be operable in the vertical direction and the lateral direction by installing the turning stand frame 8 in a traveling device via a turning stand bearing so as to be turnable, is provided with the radiator 13 by interposing a vibration preventive member 39 on the hydraulic mechanism hydraulic fluid reservoir tank 16 arranged on the turning stand frame 8.
