PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food cup constituted so that no projected part is formed to the periphery of the lower part of a side cylinder and a bottom paper bonding part made round at the lower edge of the cup can be easily and rapidly formed and a large number of stacked cups can be well slid mutually and air is made easy to enter the gap between the bottom papers of the cups to make it possible to easily and rapidly separate the single cup from a cup stack. SOLUTION: A side cylinder blank 1 formed into an almost arcuate short-strip shape is rounded in its length direction and the end edges 1 thereof are mutually bonded by an adhesive part 2 to form the upwardly widened cup side cylinder 3 and bottom paper 4 is bonded to the inner peripheral surface of the lower part of the side cylinder 3 to form the cup. In this case, the peripheral surface 4a of the round tray-shaped bottom paper 4 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface 3A of the lower part of the side cylinder 3 in a downward turned state so as to leave the surplus peripheral surface 3B thereof to be located thereon an inwardly curled round from the outside by the surplus peripheral surface 3B to form the bottom paper bonding part 5 and the bottom paper 4 is bonded to the inner peripheral surface 3A of the lower part of the side cylinder 3 by the bonding part 5.
