<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a pressure drop and of a leak of a filter cloth of a dust collector. SOLUTION: This sodium type dechlorinating agent (g) is charged into exhaust gas G6, hydrogen chloride included in the exhaust gas is removed as dechlorinating residue (h), water (i) is added to the removed dechlorinating residue (h) and is dissolved, a non-watersoluble component (k) is separated from the generated aqueous solution (j), pH of the remaining aqueous solution (l) after separating the non-watersoluble component (k) is adjusted and, thereafter, mercury and dioxins are removed and exhausted. The sodium type dechlorinating agent (g) is prepared by mixing sodium bicarbonate with a hydrophilic anti-solidification agent, therein, angle of repose is 40 degree or more degree of dispersion is les than 50 and jet stream index is less than 90. The averaged grain size of sodium bicarbonate is set to be 2-30μm and the hydrophilic anti-solidification agent is mixed with silica type anti-solidification agent by 0.1 wt.% or more. Further, the averaged grain size of the hydrophilic anti-solidification agent is set to be 0.001-1μm.</p> |
