<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a corner cushions material which can be disposed of after use using a corrugated fiberboard without causing an environmental problem and in addition it can be easily recycled. SOLUTION: A plane corrugated fiberboard plate 1 having a surface and a rear face in a direction orthogonal to a direction of a corrugation 10 of a corrugated sheet 11 is prepared. A material 3 of a cushion is prepared by joining sheets 2 made of a paper material to the surface and the rear face of the corrugated fiberboard plate 1. The material 3 is pressed in a direction through the surface and the rear face to crush the corrugation 10 of the sheets 11, and creases 4 and cutting parts 5 are formed. The material is cut via the cutting parts 5 to make a plurality of cushion materials 6. The cushion material 6 is folded via the creases 4 to make the corner cushion material 7 comprising three cushion walls 30 which are coupled via the creases 4 approximately at the right angle.</p> |
