PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bag-shaped container with a bottom which can insert a bottom member into the lower end opening part of a barrel member and beautifully heat-seal the lower end part of the barrel member and the bottom member together and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: In the method in which after the bottom member 20 is inserted into the lower end opening part of the barrel member 10, the peripheral wall 22 of the bottom member 20 is heat-sealed over its whole circumference to the lower end part of the barrel member 10, when the bottom member 20 is inserted into the lower end opening part of the barrel member 10, by sucking the outer surface of the barrel member 10 widely by a shaping member 31, the barrel member 10 is shaped in a similar shape when contents are packed. |
