PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise display stand in which the upper support is height-adjustably and strongly supported on the lower support, and in which a height adjusting means for the upper support is of a simple structure. SOLUTION: At least one of a pair of a front and a rear lower supports 6, 7 is inclined so that an upper part of it is close to an upper part of the other, a pair of a right and a left side frames each comprising these supports 6, 7 connected to each other by upper connection members 8-11 and a lower connection member 15 are connected to each other by a rightward and a leftward connection members 4, 5, an upper support 17 is vertically slidably inserted into a vertically directed inertion hole 10 provided in the upper connection members 8-11, the height adjusting means for the upper support 17 is composed of a stopper piece 19 inserted into the upper connection members 8-11 and the upper support 17, and at least either surface of a front and a back surfaces between the right and the left side frames 2, 2 and the upper supports 17, 17 is set as a merchandise display surface.
